Bangs Garcia Shares Swimsuit Photo Responding to Backlash
Model and actress Bangs Garcia is known for her impressive figure. She shares a lot of gorgeous photos on Instagram. Recently, she posted a set of swimsuit photos of herself at a resort on her page. Garcia captioned the post, "This post is to enlighten all of you that my main goal has ALWAYS been to inspire people, especially mums; otherwise I'd be a miserable person now who's despised by my friends & family as bragging isn't the principle they have instilled in me. Be reminded that every person's different, our realities are different. One's issue could vary in severity. The best is to respect each other's truths & realities. If you zoom in my photos, you'll clearly see that my tummy isn't the way it used to be but as I've said, I've finally come to terms with it. Btw, it looks worse in person w/o good lighting & when not sucking in my tummy. Plus, I do try my best to take care of myself. It's not magic, it's discipline. It took me ages to have the confidence to wear a bikini again. If this is my truth & reality and you got a prob with it, then it's very sad 'coz you can always choose to be a half glass full kind of person & act/react positively. In hindsight, bashers humble me more as they remind me of how complex people's perspectives could be & it balances life. It makes me greatly appreciate all of my supporters even more!🥰 Please know that I'm deeply grateful for all of the kind people surrounding me, God has truly blessed me & I'm praying that your kindness will shower you with more blessings & harmony in life. Keep being kind so that life will be kind back at you." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bangs Garcia stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
After having her first child, Garcia opened up about her process of losing pregnancy weight. She says that she worked with a trainer to help her do so. "I never wanted to show my trainer any signs of weakness," Garcia wrote on Instagram. "I was determined to complete my sessions to improve my endurance, discipline; and basically, every aspect of my health inside out."
Garcia shares a lot of wellness tips on YouTube. In this video, she shared her secrets for eating healthy after the winter holidays. "What I usually do is, I start my diet 2 to 3 days after the new year," Garcia says. "So that's on the third or fourth of January. It would be better to start your diet right away. The sooner the better. Because the more you prolong it, chances are you're going to have a hard time losing those excess pounds."
In the same video, Garcia shared her diet tips and favorite healthy foods. She says that she tries to cut down on bad carbs, and find healthy ones. And there is one healthy food in particular that she enjoys. "In 2014, I learned about quinoa," Garcia says. "And that's also the same year I started working out. Quinoa is very healthy. It's a very healthy alternative for rice… Quinoa still has carbs, but it has fewer carbs, fewer calories, and it is in fact filled with protein and fiber."
Another of Garcia's diet secrets is limiting her sugar. Mather Hospital states that eating less sugar has a lot of benefits. "Your total calorie intake decreases as you eat foods without added sugars. One research study suggests this could be a possible 14 percent decrease in total calories, which may mean you could consume 210 fewer calories when based on a 1,500-calorie a day intake. Just by cutting down on your added sugar intake you could lose one to two pounds per month."
Garcia said in her YouTube video that she loves eating fruit. "Personally, I love strawberries, apples, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, oranges, grapes," she says. Better Health states that eating fruit has a lot of benefits. "Fruit and vegetables should be an important part of your daily diet. They are naturally good and contain vitamins and minerals that can help to keep you healthy. They can also help protect against some diseases."
