Kelly Clarkson Wears Wedding Dress and Veil, Loses Engagement Ring
Kelly Clarkson looks like a beautiful bride on the cover of her debut country single, "Tie It Up." Wearing a wedding gown and a veil, the singer proudly flashes her yellow canary diamond engagement ring from fiance Brandon Blackstock. Clarkson shared the artwork via her WhoSay account on Saturday, June 8. Ironically, that same day, the former pop star temporarily lost her custom Johnathon Arndt sparkler prior to her performance at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville.
While singing her No. 1 hit "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)", Clarkson noticed she had forgotten to wear her $150,000 engagement ring. "This is my first official set at a country thing," Clarkson told the crowd midway through her set, according to CMT.com. "I've been nervous all day because I wanted to be good for you!"
Clarkson repeatedly apologized to Blackstock, who was watching the show backstage. The first-ever American Idol winner gave concertgoers an update via Twitter the following day. "For all of the concerned fans, I found my rings!" the native Texan wrote. "Seriously, panicked in my head all night long . . . so did Brandon!"

Though they'd known each other for years, Clarkson began dating talent manager Blackstock just after the Super Bowl in 2012; they got engaged in December and are reportedly planning a fall wedding. "I've never been truly loved like I am right now," the singer told Cosmopolitan in January. "Brandon's totally The One. I've never been so happy."
