One short week after it first made its way into the world – and subsequently the hearts of millions – Perrie shares the stunning music video for her debut single ‘Forget About Us’.

Premiering on the very same day the Little Mix singer scored her first ever solo Top 10 HIT on the Official UK Singles Chart, the super cute clip sees Edwards bring the songs evocative lyrics to life as she effortlessly pulls focus in a variety of different summery setups.

Shot on location in Cape Town, and directed by Jake Nava (Britney Spears, Beyoncé), you can watch the official music video for ‘Forget About Us’ below:

Co-written by Perrie along with Ed Sheeran and legendary songwriter David Hodges (Kelly Clarkson, Christina Perri) and Steve Solomon, the super infectious ‘Forget About Us’ finds the South Shields native caught in a moment of reflection, as she looks back on past relationships with a fondness and compassion for all parties involved. 

Filled with captivating melodies, killer hooks and soaring vocals, the irresistibly catchy pop banger serves as the first offering from Perrie’s as-yet-untitled, highly anticipated debut solo album, which is expected to drop later in the year.

7 days on from its release, the song has amassed over 4.7 million global streams, and hit No.1 on the UK Radio Airplay Chart, No.1 on the UK iTunes Singles Chart, No.1 on Global Radio’s Big Top 40!
