'Unexpected' Star Matthew Blevins Faces A Felony Charge

Matthew Blevins from Season 3 of Unexpected has been arrested…again. This time, he’s facing some pretty serious charges.

Some fans may have expected this…Matthew Blevins was arrested in Kentucky.

The 20-year-old appeared on Season 3 of Unexpected with his two baby mamas, both named Hailey.

Evidently, things are not going well for the father of two. Matthew is currently facing a felony robbery charge and a misdemeanor assault charge, according to Starcasm.

The Louisville Metropolitan Department of Corrections confirmed that the TLC star was booked on December 28th.

Matthew posted bond and was released on December 30th.

For his second-degree robbery charge, he faces 5-10 years in prison. His other charge of fourth-degree assault can land him up to 12 months behind bars if he is found guilty.

His preliminary hearing is set for today, so we should hear more news about his case soon.

Matthew’s cast bio for TLC indicated that he had previously spent time in jail, but that information is sealed as he was a minor at the time.

The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reports that after he was “locked up”, he met his first baby mama Hailey Tomlinson or Hailey 1.

Hailey 1 gave birth to their daughter together in April of 2019.

Matthew later left her for her best friend Hailey Tilford or Hailey 2. During the Couples Tell All special, she announced that they were expecting together.

A little under a year later, Hailey 2 gave birth to their son in April of 2020. Matthew allegedly denies the paternity of that child.
